Turkish Short neck Saz Baglama Walnut with Electric Pickup

Be prepared to shell out bucks for this saz. That being said, you'll find it was well worth it. I was skeptical at first when I saw that it had an electric pickup. After all, this is a saz - not a guitar. But I was pleasantly surprised once I got the chance to play it. I've only had it a few months and I can't count how many people asked me where they could get one. The color and design are gorgeous as well. 

Like most folks I was a little bit skeptical about how an electric pickup in a saz was going to sound. But then I got a chance to play it! This is something you’ve got to hear for yourself. Gorgeous with a super clean and traditional look that doesn’t scream electric or modern at all, the Fishman pick up inside takes us to the next level. You can play it anyway you like but you add a little bit of juice and electrify this bad boy and all of a sudden it really screams. It’s a wild ride and a couple of my musician buddies are already talking about picking one up themselves because of how cool it sounds.
