This is my first shopping experience at Ethnic Musical and I am satisfied with their service and with the beautiful Kanun I received.
Based on my earlier shopping experience from other suppliers, receiving an instrument from overseas is always a nervous experience. Either it took very long time at the transit till the point the instrument got damaged by climate, or unnecessary problems at customs due to inappropriate handling, or even instrument was broken during transport because of very poor packing. I did not face any of these problems. The packing was extremely solid, and it arrived really fast. I could sense Ethnic Musical does really respect the instrument.
Also, the price is reasonable, and the price displayed in local currency on the website is the exact amount to be paid, which is very convenient service for people from overseas.
If I were to buy another instrument again in future, yes, I am going to come back again.
Lastly, I am happy I could buy a unique Kanun which is not easy to get.
