Hello! The Saz arrived okay, but the packaging was not great. About 30% of the box was left empty, which allowed the top of the drum to just flop around in the box. The guitar is okay, but I was surprised that it was okay. The guitar looks great from a distance, but there are flaws at closer range. This is an entry level Saz, so I was not expecting perfection. The graphics for the neck that are applied to the body are rubbed off or faded. The top sound hole frame has chips out of edge of the wood. The guitar does sound and play nice! The lack of care during shipping is 90% of my rating. God bless!
