Feramis Usta, an Oud maker from Izmir. He has been making Ouds for 29 years. His work is characterized by extra fine details. Fine finish, and ultimate sound reproduction. Fermis Usta has his own ‘secrets’ when it comes to making an Oud. He won’t reveal, but he is using very old methods when crafting the top of the Oud. With unique bracing materials and shapes.
