The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even taking time to speak with me on the phone. They found the perfect instrument for me with a great timbre and gorgeous mother of pearl inlays. The construction is incredible, which produces a great and deep resonant tone that you can only get with handcrafted Ouds such as this one. The shipment was also great, being both on time and packaged with care. I will definitely be returning here for all my ethnic musical needs!
