All the ouds I have wooden pegs which don't sit well with me because they always slip and get too hard to turn easily. I've got a pretty busy schedule and play the oud to calm down after a long day of work. So, I decided to invest in some ebony pegs. I looked around for a bit looking at all the different options but in the end, I went for these. They're sleek and elegant. Even though I didn't like the black colour to begin with, they go well with my oud so all's well that ends well. They haven't been scratched and were in perfect condition when they arrived. I like how easy they are to turn so I don't have to spend too long tuning the instrument when all I want to do is play! All things considered, these do what they say on the tin.
