No. Registering an account is not required here, but you will find it much easier to track your orders with a registered account.

We renew our inventory constantly. Most instruments are sold quickly to customers like you around the world, while most accessories are available throughout the year. When an instrument is sold out, it usually takes no longer than 2 weeks for new stock to arrive.

We are committed to fair trade with the makers and artists we work with. Unlike other shops, we pay in advance for each instrument we buy. We spend time and effort visiting each maker at their workshop, learning about their working methods, and listening to the instruments.

We are located in Izmir, Turkey. Most of our operations and our headquarters are in Izmir. We also have one warehouse in Armenia for shipping Armenian instruments. You are welcome to visit us in our shop.

We offer 2 shipping options: Standard and DHL. Standard shipping takes between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive in the USA and Europe. DHL takes between 3 and 5 working days.

All of our instruments are 100% handmade using natural materials. This means that every piece is unique, and the rosette, wood grain, and color tones may vary slightly from the photographs. These differences are not flaws, but rather a mark of the craftsmanship and authenticity of the instrument. The specifications, materials, and quality remain consistent within each model.
